Breast Augmentation/ Breast Enhancement Surgery in Beverly Hills/ San Fernando Valley

Breast Augmentation also known as mammaplasty augmentation utilizes the insertion of an implant to help improve breast symmetry, volume, and appearance. There are two types of implants used: silicone gel and saline.

Case: This patient is a 27 year old female who presented desiring aesthetic enhancement of her breasts bilaterally. After a thorough evaluation and physical examination, it was my opinion that she presented with under-developed breast glands bilaterally. The surgical advice was to
bilaterally place partial sub muscular, smooth wall, silicone gel implants to enhance appearance, as well as a peri-areolar lift to help improve nipple areola complex positioning.

Surgery: Smooth wall, high profile, silicone gel implants, fill volume of 400 cc bilaterally with peri-areolar breast lift “mastopexy”.

After a thorough evaluation and physical examination, it was my opinion that she was pertinent for under-developed breast glands bilaterally. The surgical advice was to bilaterally place partial sub muscular, smooth wall, silicone gel implants to enhance appearance.

Surgery: Silicone gel, smooth wall, high profile implants with a fill volume of 350 cc were utilized bilaterally.

Saline breast implant auto deflation correction surgery in Beverly Hills/ San Fernando Valley

Case: This is a 35 year old woman presented with a complaint of possible saline breast implant auto deflation and resulting asymmetry. She has a history of previous implant placement surgery 20+ years ago. The exact size was unavailable from the patient. After a thorough evaluation and physical examination, I concurred with her complain that she in fact has suffered from auto deflation of the left breast implant. The surgical advice was to bilaterally remove and replace the implants. At the patient’s request, saline implants were chosen and replaced with a larger size implant.

Surgery: The previously placed ruptured saline implants were removed and replaced with high profile saline implants with a fill volume of 500 cc.
